Shipping Policy

WHERE WE SHIP

We ship to addresses within the United Kingdom only. DELIVERY OPTIONS AND COST DHL Free Delivery — 3–8 working days — Free DHL Fast Delivery — 2–6 working days — £3.00 Free delivery is our standard option on every order, with no minimum spend. Both options are shown at checkout, and you'll see your full total before you pay. Nothing is added afterwards.

ORDER PROCESSING

Orders are processed within 2 working days of payment clearing. Orders placed at weekends or on UK bank holidays are processed on the next working day. Delivery times run from dispatch, not from when you order.

TRACKING

We'll email you a tracking number as soon as your order is dispatched. If you haven't had a dispatch email within 3 working days of ordering, email us at fkstore.quadros@gmail.com.

IF YOUR ORDER HASN'T ARRIVED

If your parcel hasn't arrived within 14 working days of dispatch, email us at fkstore.quadros@gmail.com with your order number. We'll chase it with the carrier, and if it can't be located we'll send a replacement or refund you in full — your choice. You won't be asked to wait on the carrier's investigation before we put it right.

DELIVERY ADDRESSES

Please check your address carefully at checkout. We can't redirect a parcel once it's been dispatched, and we're not able to refund orders delivered to an address that was entered incorrectly.
